I love the 1 lb bricks as they are versatile in how I can use them. I actually gave a brick to a friend as a bday present, because she stopped eating beef from retail stores and was raised on good tasting beef!
And, the product cuts have all been very tasty; plus I feel good about the care and integrity of your ranch. All friends with whom I have shared, can taste the difference.

Pumpkin Creek Ranch - great beef

The past few years we have bought grass fed beef 1/4's from local folks and it was good beef but the ground beef and roast we received from Pumpkin Creek Ranch was superior, excellent beef. I especially like that I can order specific cuts and their customer service and delivery is spot on. Would highty recommend them.
