Ground Beef Fat Analysis Note:  Our processors package all ground beef bricks as 90/10.  However, this content can vary from animal to animal since intermuscular fat can't be removed from the meat.  If counting macros and a lean diet are a focus, assume a slightly higher fat content and drain any remaining fat after cooking.
