Pickup
Pickup is at Double J Meat Packing in Pierce, Colorado. We will notify you when your beef is ready. Beef shares cannot be shipped.
Plan for at least 4 cubic feet of freezer space, or approximately three freezer trays.
Important Details
Quarter beef shares are dry-aged for 14 days and packaged with generic labels to help keep costs lower. Steaks are cut 1.25 inches thick unless otherwise requested. Final weights and cut amounts vary by animal.
Vacuum seals can occasionally loosen over time. This does not affect food safety, but those packages should be used sooner to prevent freezer burn. Ice crystals are normal, especially on larger cuts.
